Shipping Times
Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.
We offer the possibility to choose between different shipping options: STANDARD, PREMIUM, and the special SKIP THE LINE option!
We process and ship all orders received before 2:00 PM from Monday to Friday, generally within 24 hours.
Due to the situation related to COVID-19, delays may occur. We kindly ask our customers to patiently wait a few extra days if necessary.
Delays
Ayori Official™ is not responsible for delays caused by natural events or circumstances beyond our control, including any delays caused by the carrier itself.
Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the address provided due to incorrect information entered by the customer or the absence of the recipient, the package will be returned to Ayori Official™.
Shipping costs and any additional fees (such as customs duties or taxes) will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
